Ebook About
A debt is owed. And it will be paid. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been confined in a gilded cage. Beautiful, delicate, untouched. Meant to be seen and not heard. A perfect little prop for my father’s political career. But that all changes when Viktor Komarov, the most powerful, notoriously dangerous criminal in Chicago, explodes into my world. My father hired Victor to do a job: assassinate a political rival. But the brutal, ruthlessly cold Bratva kingpin doesn't work for free. And when my father can't pay him in time, Victor sets his eyes on another prize: meNow I’m his. A captive in his lavish home. A distraction for his fierce gaze. A plaything for his every whim.At first I hate him. But then something changes. I know it’s wrong. The captive isn’t supposed to want the captor. You’re not supposed to crave the man holding the keys to your imprisonment. You’re not supposed to ache with need when he rattles the cage.Viktor’s the splash of red in my black and white life. And before long, the line between good and bad, love and desire, and captivity and freedom becomes irrevocably blurred. I've been caged again. So why do I feel liberated?A debt is owed. And it will be paid. Again, and again, and again…Hang on tight, because this Bratva captive romance is guaranteed to leave you breathless. Safe, absolutely no cheating, no cliffhanger, and a perfect happy ever after.

Book Paying The Bratva's Debt: A Bratva Captive Romance Review :

Good soft Bratva romance. Not much suspense, but the story tugged at my heart. The biggest issue was all the growling from the H and gasping from the h. It seemed as though the author didn't know any other way to describe their anger or desire other than having them growl or gasp. It actual took away from the love scenes because you want to laugh with at how much growling and gasping is mentioned.Grammar police warning: Improper punctuation, misspelled words.
It started okay. It was predictable. Things moved fast, but not everything was "shown" - only told, which did not help the story at all, and some things that were told seemed like an afterthought because the author remembered it wasn't covered. The Nina storyline contained a huge mistake. She was supposed to be Viktor's personal assistant and Lev, his second in command, suggested Viktor hook up with her instead of Fiona. Viktor acknowledged that she was attractive, but passed on that. Later, he told Fiona that he had no siblings. Next thing I know, Nina is his half-sister (she tells Fiona this), which Viktor acknowledges to himself in his head, but neither Fiona nor Lev ever speak of it or think about it. They just accept Nina as his sister. For Fiona to be so smart, she did some obviously stupid things, like putting things in writing out of anger, then getting over it and not destroying what she wrote; and telling her father about the old factory and not realizing what happened while they were there was her fault until much later, and Viktor somehow missed this when he looked at her phone. I also want to point out that the author said she texted her father, but later, it was a phone call. Maybe that's why Viktor couldn't find anything.I'd like to know how he had clothes for Fiona that fit her perfectly within an hour of meeting her for the first time and taking her on a whim. It doesn't make sense. There are a few typos as well.
